Hamish Birss

Hamish has over 25 years' experience in helping people conceive, plan and deliver successful change. He has spent 10 years working at Board level and is also a seasoned business operations manager.

Hamish has particular expertise in strategic planning, organisation design, service model development, business case development and benefits realisation management.

Hamish holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree from Victoria University, with majors in Management and Information Systems.
