Development of standard third party contracts

A District Council had many different contracts with third parties and wished to standardise contract terms.

Existing contracts were reviewed by Maven to determine the most appropriate structure and content. A standard form contract with appendices was developed and approved by the Council's legal team.  Future contract negotiations were conducted successfully using the new standard contract.
