Growth Strategy and Organisation Model Development

A private company was embarking on a growth strategy which would see it, amongst other things, look to expand into offshore operations and make the most of its standalone brand.

Maven worked with the organisation's leadership team to develop its growth strategy and a view of the organisational model required to support that growth.

As a result of the strategy, the company rebranded and was ultimately bought out by the parent company. Maven has continued to work with the business to facilitate their strategy for growth in the Pacific region.
