Marilyn is an experienced business process specialist and group facilitator. She has worked for multinational consulting firms and as an independent consultant, with clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Key specialties include workshop facilitation, process mapping and design, and strategic planning. She also has a focus on capability development and works as a coach and workplace supervisor.
Marilyn is noted for her ability to generate clear process ideas from the client narrative, drawing key ideas from group conversations. When generating process design, she brings an awareness of system-wide implications for groups and organisations.
Marilyn holds degrees in Public Administration (BCA) and English Literature (BA) from Victoria University. She recently graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Professional Development, again from Victoria University, and is furthering her studies in sociodrama through the Wellington Psychodrama Institute.
