Stephen Underwood

Stephen has considerable experience in the evaluation of business proposals and getting them 'investment ready'. He specialises in the preparation of the business case documentation required to secure investor commitment and capital.

His strengths include business process analysis, options and business case evaluation, documentation, and implementation. Stephen has evaluated many business proposals, selecting those considered to hold promise, restructuring proposed business or operating models, completing compliance documentation, and leading projects through capital raising and business plan implementation.

Stephen has Commerce and Law degrees from Victoria University of Wellington.
