John is a senior consultant, programme manager and experienced change leader with a proven track record in both the public and private sectors. He has led some of the most strategic change design and delivery programmes for the New Zealand Government in recent years.

Recent assignments

  • Capital Coast and Hutt Valley District Health Boards – provided support for organisation change for new Strategy, Performance and Planning group
  • Ministry of Health – led the development of information systems strategic plan and investment requirements for the next five years
  • State Services Commission - led the public engagement for New Zealand’s Open Government Partnership 3rd National Action Plan
  • Wellington Regional Economic Development Agency – development of new organisational performance and measurement framework
