Katie has a successful record helping clients identify requirements for services, processes and systems, leading the design of the future environment, and converting the design into operational reality. She has considerable experience in the government sector in New Zealand as well as in the private sector in New Zealand and abroad including project management, business improvement, organisational change, and solutions implementation. Katie is adept at tailoring and applying best practice frameworks and standards to solve her client’s complex problems.

Katie holds degrees in Information Systems from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and Post Graduate Diploma in Information Management from Victoria University. She holds the foundation certificate in ITIL V3 and has over fifteen years in IT Service Management operations, process and solution development and implementation. In addition, Katie is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2004.
