A senior management team within a public department wanted to ensure that the division?s finance function had the right capability and resources to support effective asset management of a portfolio.
The Maven team interviewed clients, staff and key stakeholders and then developed a new structure and resourcing model for the finance function. We also developed a phased project for the realignment of functional responsibilities. The work met all of the Group Manager?s objectives and allowed them to initiate new resourcing arrangements.
