Review of Service Delivery Model

A public sector agency wanted to review the effectiveness and efficiency of a Service Delivery Model administering over $1.4b in funds to multiple stakeholders. 

Maven developed a high-level results measurement framework, segmented customers and developed evaluation criteria, then used these to guide the review. The result was a clear summary of current performance and six clear recommendations to deliver better results.
