Technology Strategy

Maven led the development of a Technology Strategy to set clear priorities for an independent crown entity. 

We developed a strategy with the customer that defined: impacts on the technology environment in a digital age; priority areas for short and medium term technology work; interventions to be used (and also the interventions to be avoided); the resources, relationships and capabilities that were required to undertake the work.
