Transitioning Paper to Digital

Maven delivered a 12 month project to transition core processing from paper to digital for a crown agency.

The delivery of this project included creating a proof of concept, developing the business case, piloting digital processing, and rolling out the project.   

Maven was subsequently re-engaged to develop a digital strategy also.
