Maven is a company founded by tangata tiriti, two decades ago. We are working to weave Te Ao Māori into how we work as a company, a journey which will continue for decades to come.
We recognise that we are bound together by Te Tiriti o Waitangi, the foundation document of our nation. We wish to observe not just the principles but the actuality of the document that gives the obligations of partnership and the rights of sovereignty to Māori and Pākehā alike. The heart of Te Tiriti is the expectation of a strong and enduring relationship between two peoples. So here in the whenua of Aotearoa, we embrace whakawhanaungatanga, the quality of connection, as foundational to how we work.
