Monique Zwaan
Monique is a senior design strategist and group facilitator with over twenty years’ experience working for public, private and community sector organisations.
Monique has demonstrable experience in facilitation, design services, workplace group and individual supervision, mediation, and coaching. Her clients include public and private sector organisations as well as NGOs. Monique led the co-design of the Whānau Centred Facilitation initiative for Te Puni Kōkiri.
She is currently supporting an iwi collective with several health initiatives, and is developing an evaluation for a long-term community led wellbeing project. Her style ensures the creation of mutually respectful and successful partnerships. She is outcomes-focussed as well as innovative, and ensures results are fit for purpose and stand the test of time.
