Malcolm McKee
Malcolm is a Maven Consultant with over twenty years’ experience across the New Zealand public sector and in the Pacific.
He has extensive policy experience, having developed and implemented strategic plans, and has worked in cross-government system leadership. With a thirst for the bespoke solution, he comes to grips with the challenges organisations face, then advises on ways forward that meet their unique needs. Malcolm is known for his analytical strength which he draws upon to validate his advice.
Experience
Malcolm has extensive experience working with senior managers, Chief Executives and advising Ministers on legislative and regulatory changes. He has lead teams and directorates to implement appropriate policy solutions.
Malcolm has strong negotiation experience, both domestically on Treaty of Waitangi negotiations, and internationally at the United Nations. Malcolm has represented the New Zealand Government at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in environment policy.
