Sharen Paine

 

Sharen’s extensive career has provided her with a unique systems perspective and a series of real-world tools that are applicable to a range of settings and outcome-focused projects. The key focus of her work is whole-of-system thinking and intra- and inter-organisation networking and collaboration. The key outcome of her work is developing a coherent strategic approach and direction and aligning organisational effort within that setting to improve service provision and performance.


Sharen can work across a range of sectors by applying the broad concept of system-thinking and negotiation to diverse and at times competing interests.

As a result of her experience and research, Sharen offers expertise in the establishment of effective approaches to organisational functioning for viability. This approach helps ensure organisations remain focused on their purpose, can continuously adapt to remain in step with its customers and environment, and can leverage the benefits technology has to offer.

  1. Conceptual Thinking / Thought Leadership - a strong background in developing integrated, whole-of-system frameworks, process redesign, and managing teams through programmes and projects to successfully implement these frameworks.

  2. Project Management – experience in project management, implementation, and team management, with broad experience at senior management level.
