Nate brings diverse experience to projects targeting cultural and behavioural change in organisations. He is adept at bringing out the best in stakeholder groups and can apply the knowledge gained back into coherent deliverables. Nate brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience gained in the delivery of Change Management in both the private and public sectors.
Nate’s previous projects have varied from smaller, bespoke pieces of work to large scale deliverables, giving him a great understanding of the different needs and pressures that can surface within different environments. Nate’s core strength is being able to drive and motivate individuals to successfully adopt and operate in a changing team environment. Toitu Te Whenua, Land Information New Zealand
Nate’s most recent project has been as a Senior Change Manager working with Toitu Te Whenua, Land Information New Zealand on the STEP programme of work, currently the Government’s number one priority programme. This work involved change impact workshops, development of change strategies, training needs analysis, release strategies, success and adoption measures.
